To get the most damage out of this item, you need to minimize your lightning resistance so that you and, most importantly, nearby enemies will no lightning resistance. Been experimenting with different abilities in anticipation of the fix to GC mirage (abilities) poofing, and was pleasantly surprised to find that Doryani's Touch is supportable by General's Cry.
